Job Description

Hiring for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector.

Directly reports to the Deputy General Manager – Finance & Accounts.

Compensation: Up to ₹13 LPA (Fixed) Plus 10% Variable

Work Structure: 6-day working week (1 Saturday off and 2 days' Work-from-Home per month) Experience- 4 to 7 Years 

Job Description: To manage the accounting operations of the organization by ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, cash flow management, and support in strategic financial planning. The role will also involve close coordination with internal stakeholders and auditors to ensure smooth financial processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare monthly financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statement.

2. Develop and maintain monthly MIS reports to support management in decision-making.

3. Prepare projected cash flows for planning, budgeting, and forecasting purposes.

4. Ensure timely and accurate filing of TDS and GST returns and oversee statutory payments.

5. Manage compliance and reporting requirements related to bank finance, including preparation of stock statements and other documentation.

6. Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets.

7. Assist in the preparation of year-end financials and liaise with statutory auditors for timely completion of audits.

8. Ensure strong internal financial controls are implemented and adhered to.

9. Maintain strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data management and reporting.
