The organization promotes a high-performance, collaborative culture and is headquartered in Hyderabad for its India operations.Job DescriptionAs a Senior Manager / Associate Director - Talent Acquisition for the Financial Research Business Unit, you will be responsible for:Leading end-to-end recruitment for a niche, high-impact business unit that supports front-office trading and investment functions.Managing a team of 5-8 recruiters, providing guidance, performance management, and development support.Partnering closely with business stakeholders and senior leadership to define hiring strategies aligned with current and future talent needs.Driving hiring for financial research, market intelligence, and analytical roles through targeted sourcing and candidate engagement.Ensuring seamless process governance, candidate experience, and alignment with global TA best practices.Leveraging market intelligence to improve time-to-hire, quality of hire, and strategic workforce planning.Maintaining strong internal partnerships and adapting to business bandwidth limitations while delivering consistent recruitment outcomes.The Successful Applicant10-14 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on hiring for financial research, capital markets, or analytics-driven roles.Prior experience in managing and scaling recruitment teams in complex or matrixed environments.Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, engage, and align with senior business leaders.Proven track record of strategic hiring, sourcing innovation, and talent mapping for niche functions.Educational qualifications from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions (MBA/Postgraduate) are strongly preferred.Location flexibility is limited - preference for candidates based in or open to relocating to Hyderabad.Industry experience in one or more of the following is highly preferred:Investment Management / Asset ManagementEquity Research / BrokeragePrivate Equity / Venture Capital / Hedge FundsFinancial Consulting / Advisory / Research FirmsDevelopment Finance Institutions / Think TanksCorporate Strategy or M&A Teams (In-house)
