Job Description

Strategic Analysis and Insights:Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic decisions.Identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities.Provide actionable insights based on data-driven analysis to influence the strategic direction of the company.Root Cause Analysis & Problem-Solving:Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify key issues and root causes across business operations.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions for strategic business challenges.Strategic Planning & Execution:Support the Head of Strategy and CEO in formulating, reviewing, and executing strategic plans and initiatives.Assist in the development of business cases, investment proposals, and corporate strategies.Stakeholder Collaboration & Presentations:Develop clear, concise, and impactful presentations for senior leadership, including the CEO and executive teams.Support strategic discussions by presenting key findings, actionable recommendations, and critical insights to stakeholders.Liaise with multiple departments to ensure strategic alignment and drive organizational initiatives.Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Track and analyze the progress of strategic initiatives, reporting on KPIs and outcomes.Monitor financial and operational metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies implemented.

The Successful Applicant

Education:MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.Experience:3-5 years of experience in a corporate strategy, business analysis, or management consulting role, preferably within the financial services or insurance sector.Proven track record of successfully managing and executing strategic initiatives.Skills & Competencies:Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data, perform quantitative analysis, and translate insights into actionable strategies.Problem-Solving: Expertise in root cause analysis and developing creative solutions to complex business challenges.Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to senior leadership.Collaboration: Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, engaging with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis and visualization tools (, Tableau, Power BI).
