Job Description
IT Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement the IT vision and roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.Technology Oversight: Manage software, hardware, and cloud solutions; integrate new systems; ensure compliance with data governance and industry standards; maintain documentation and audit readiness; collaborate with CQA for regulatory compliance.Cybersecurity and Risk Management: Ensure data protection, security policies, and regulatory compliance; identify and mitigate IT risks.Digital Transformation: Drive digital innovation using data analytics, AI, cloud computing, Industry , and IoT.Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage IT budgets and optimize technology investments for cost-effectiveness.Stakeholder and Project Management: Communicate IT goals to leadership; lead project teams, managing timelines, resources, and costs.Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor the IT team; promote innovation and continuous improvement.The Successful Applicant
A successful 'VP - IT' should have:
A degree in engineering is mandatory, and Engg+MBA is preferred.Excellent communication and analytical skills are a must.Proven ability to interact and develop relationships with senior CXO-level officials and Business HeadsHigh on Integrity and EQ. A person should be looking for a long-term career stint and stability.The role requires a strategic, operational, and executional approach. The candidate must have strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills.-
