Due Diligences report review and observations
Monitoring Activations through review with Zones Channel Development To review and monitor the termination / replacement /correction proposal from Zones of the defunct or poor performers to make Channel ready for optimum delivery in terms of business or timely replacement
To collaborate with Legal & Finance team for timely actions Policy & Guidelines compliance & Automation
Ensuring compliances are met
Learning drive for field team to ensure the Compliance
Support on Automation of Appointment & Activation Processes Channel Infrastructure & New VI
New VI Implementation support
Channel Feedback on new format / VI
Support for mass roll out of new Channel format/VI
