Job Overview:    We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Senior Territory Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing daily sales operations within your assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:Design & Sales Ownership:  You will own the design and sales of your micro territory, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.Sales Operations Management:  You will oversee the daily sales operations, ensuring that sales teams are equipped to meet or exceed monthly targets.Talent Acquisition and Development:  You will lead the hiring and training of new talent, building a high-performing team that is motivated and trained to deliver exceptional results.Collaboration with Senior Leadership:  You will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement new initiatives, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.Requirements:Education:  B.
