Position: Purchase Executive & Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily purchasing activities, vendor coordination, and procurement processes.

Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, availability, and timely deliveries.

Maintain accounting records including entries for purchases, sales, payments, receipts, and expenses.

Prepare and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings with support from external consultants.

Prepare MIS reports for stock, purchase, and accounting.

Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure stock accuracy and movement tracking.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in purchase, accounting, and stock management, preferably in retail or distribution sectors.

Strong knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principles.

Proficiency in Tally Prime or similar accounting software.

Good working knowledge of Excel 

Ability to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce ( or related field.

Additional certification in inventory management or accounting will be an advantage.
