Job Description

Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of legal activities in the Power Generation industry.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements such as EPC, O&M and PPACoordinate with internal teams and external counsels.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.Manage legal risks and ensure that the operations are in compliance with law.Support corporate decision-making to ensure legal and ethical compliance.Prepare legal reports and documents related to company projects.Participate in strategic planning and execution in legal matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate must have

A degree in Law from a recognized university.Experience in handling legal matters in the renewables industryStrong knowledge of corporate law and legal procedures.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Proficiency in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts.A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
