Job Title: Legal Manager
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal compliances, procedures and policies. They will be responsible for scrutinizing legal documents, maintaining MIS, coordinating with vendors, detecting fraudulent transactions and resolving queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scrutinizing legal documents and LSR to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of bills and fees paid to panel advocates.
- Coordinating with vendors such as panel advocates and company secretaries to ensure smooth business operations.
- Detecting and controlling fraudulent transactions to prevent financial loss.
- Resolving queries and addressing concerns from other departments.
- Attending training sessions to stay updated on new amendments and modifications in legal policy.
- Providing due diligence on cases handled.
- Drafting and verifying various legal documents including notices, indemnity bonds and undertakings.
