Marketing Automation Tech Overview The Marketing Automation Technician plays a significant role in in shaping how we deliver tailored, high-performing communications across email, SMS, landing pages, and more. The Marketing Automation Technician will help Navitas to build and optimise automation and personalisation across key marketing channels. This role will work as part of a collaborative, cross-regional team, supporting our European university partnerships and working closely with colleagues in both Europe and India. Key Responsibilities: Build and deploy email marketing campaigns with precision and speed Create WordPress landing pages aligned with campaign strategy Develop Marketo forms and smart campaigns for data capture and flow Report on campaign performance and key automation metrics Map nurture journeys and test personalisation approaches Support the rollout of automation and personalisation tools Identify and develop new opportunities to improve and expand our automation efforts Communicate clearly with global stakeholders to help achieve shared marketing goals Qualifications: Tertiary Level education or possess related sector qualifications/training Experience using Adobe Marketo, WordPress and marketing personalisation Experience of working within a sales and marketing focused environment Proven ability as a team player Strong verbal and written English language communication skills An ability to work to deadlines Effective interpersonal skills with a variety of cultural and ethnic stakeholder groups Computer literacy skills inclusive of demonstrated competence with the Microsoft Office suite – PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook Possess a “can do” mentality and a natural problem-solver, highly creative and enjoy exploring new products What we can offer you: Navitas is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive, accessible environment, where all employees feel valued, respected, and supported.
