Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Executive with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple accounts, optimizing campaign performance, and delivering measurable ROI.
This role is essential in strengthening our paid media strategies and efficiently managing a growing portfolio of client and internal campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance, reduce costs, and increase ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation.
- Set up conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and work with analytics tools to measure and report performance.
- Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure delivery within allocated spend.
- Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams for campaign assets and improvements.
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid media.
- Support A/B testing strategies to improve CTRs, quality score, and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proven track record of achieving KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CTR, etc.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.cl
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns/accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
- Experience working in an agency environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM or automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) is an added advantage.
