JOB DETAILS
We are seeking a driven and proactive Inside Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team.You will be responsible for: Bringing in new customers. Understanding customer requirements. Sending offers. Managing client relationships.Driving sales numbers through marketing and follow-ups.This is primarily an office-based role, with occasional customer visits. You will also support in providing basic technical guidance and quotations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential customers via phone, email, and marketing campaigns
Understand customer needs and suggest the right products from our range
Prepare and send commercial C technical quotations
Follow up on offers, handle negotiations, and close orders
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Work with marketing to promote our products
Update and manage CRM/database with lead and sales data
Coordinate internally for timely order processing and delivery
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field preferred
Prior experience in a similar field (instrumentation, industrial equipment, process control) is highly preferred
1–4 years of experience in technical or inside sales
Familiarity with pressure, temperature, or industrial instrumentation is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office, email correspondence, and basic CRM tools
Self-driven, organized, and result-oriented
