Job Description
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation for project financing and renewable energy business during various stages of development and execution.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements related to the energy industry.Advise internal teams on legal matters and risk mitigation strategies.Conduct due diligence, legal structuring, and closing for business transactions.Support dispute resolution and handle legal claims as required.Stay updated on legal developments impacting the renewable energy sector.Advise on local laws and regulations related to the sectorDrafting and Vetting of agreements such as EPC, O&M, and, PPAThe Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
A degree in law (LLB or equivalent).Proven experience in project financing and/or M&A and PE Transactions.Comfortable handling a wide variety of commercial contracts.Knowledge of and experience working in the Renewable Energy Sector would be a huge plus.Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and reviewing skills.-
