Job Profile  - Manage and drive sales targets for the assigned state region - Build and lead a team of Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and Distributors - Monitor and increase dealer/distributor network - Develop market penetration strategies - Ensure proper brand visibility and execution at ground level - Coordinate with HO for supply chain, marketing campaigns, and reporting Contract Duration Permanent (Full-Time) Job Location of Posting No of vacancy 10 One position each in: Uttarakhand, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Gurugram, Faridabad, Delhi, Rajasthan, Jammu & Kashmir, Madhya Pradesh Experience 7–15 years in sales with at least 3 years in a regional/state head role; must be from tile adhesive or construction chemical background Salary 10 – 15 LPA (depending on experience and region) Education B.Sc. (Chemistry or related field) BBA or (for business/sales- focused candidates) B.Tech (Chemical/Civil Engineering – preferred in technical sales roles) Post-Graduation MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management, any other also applicable.
