REGIONAL- STATE SALES HEAD- UTTRAKHAND- Urgent Hiring For State Regional Head (UTTRAKHAND :-Dehradun Head) Department Sales & Marketing (or Business Development – depending on internal structure) Industries . This is a professionally managed company based in Rohtak, Haryana, engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of high-quality adhesive products. Job Profile - Manage and drive sales targets for the assigned state region - Build and lead a team of Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and Distributors - Monitor and increase dealer/distributor network - Develop market penetration strategies - Ensure proper brand visibility and execution at ground level - Coordinate with HO for supply chain, marketing campaigns, and reporting Contract Duration Permanent (Full-Time) Job Location of Posting One position each in: Uttarakhand, Dehradun Head Experience 7–15 years in sales with at least 3 years in a regional/state head role; must be from tile adhesive or construction chemical background Salary ?10 – ?15 LPA (depending on experience and region) Education B.Sc. (Chemistry or related field) BBA or (for business/sales- focused candidates) B.Tech (Chemical/Civil Engineering – preferred in technical sales roles) Post-Graduation MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management, any other also applicable. Certificate in Sales & Distribution Management Product Training in Construction CRM or SAP knowledge Communication & Skills Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi Able to present and report data confidently to leadership Hindi (must) English (must) Regional language (as per posting state – preferred)Leadership & People Management Skills Strong Negotiation & Closing Skills Self-motivated and Target Driven Problem Solving Approach Willing to Travel Frequently Key Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude & Behavior) In-depth knowledge of tile adhesive/construction chemical market Strong distributor/dealer network building skills Market intelligence and competitor tracking Team handling and territory management
