By reducing manual effort and minimizing risks, they empower businesses to boost productivity, improve compliance, and enhance legal operations.Job DescriptionCRM & Tools Management: Ensure CRM hygiene, administer tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.), and manage changes.Process Oversight: Monitor sales processes, highlight deviations, and ensure compliance.Sales Performance Tracking: Analyze SDR/sales team activities and metrics.Compensation Ownership: Manage SDR team incentives and variables.Tool Admin Ownership: Act as the primary administrator for all GTM tools.Reporting & Insights: Partner with the Sales Ops Lead to share findings and drive improvements.The Successful ApplicantExperience: 3+ years in Sales Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS.Tech Stack Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM and sales tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.Data Proficiency: Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; knowledge of BI tools is a plus.Soft Skills: High ownership, detail orientation, proactiveness, multitasking, and cross-functional collaboration.Culture Fit: Must thrive in ambiguity and chaos, and bring structure to the process.
