Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end HR Managed Services covering HCM, Compliance, and Payroll.Partner with global stakeholders across industries, supporting multi-region operations.Drive operational excellence, best practices, competitor benchmarking, and transformation initiatives.Manage a large-scale team with significant span of control (~1:1000), with flexibility based on client complexity.Support ERP integrations and ensure seamless alignment with HRMS tools and technologies.Represent the practice on client calls and drive strategic discussions.The Successful Applicant
Ideal Profile:
18+ years of experience in HR Operations and Payroll leadership roles within shared services, consulting, or managed services environments.Strong exposure to client-facing roles and stakeholder management at a global scale.Deep understanding of HR tools, ERP systems, and integrations.Knowledge of market best practices, HR compliance frameworks, and data management principles.Prior experience working with service organizations (Big 4, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro) is highly preferred.A high-ownership, entrepreneurial mindset with flexibility to adapt to a fast-scaling environment.-
