Job Description

We are currently hiring for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role with a premium product and service-based organization in the luxury elevator space.

Location:

Chennai (On-site, Full-time Leadership Role)

Industry:

Luxury Elevators / Premium Manufacturing & Retail

Experience Required:

20 to 25 years

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Qualifications

Mandatory: Graduate in Commerce/Finance

Preferred: CA / CMA / MBA (Top Tier Institutes)

 Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial strategy and corporate finance operations.

Design long-term financial models for showroom expansion and capital expenditures.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and scenario-based planning.

Monitor cash flows, optimize working capital, and manage banking relationships.

Oversee audits, direct/indirect tax compliance, and regulatory filings.

Drive cost optimization, profitability analysis, and pricing strategy.

Manage investor and stakeholder relations, board MIS, and financial reporting.

Implement ERP/CRM-integrated financial systems across the organization.

Ensure governance, risk control, and statutory compliance across business units.
