**Position**:CFO** ( Permanent)

**Experience**: 15 - 20 Years of Experience
- Certified Chartered Accountant (ACA / CPA).
- Proven experience as CFO, or relevant role for a minimum of 8 to 10 years.
- Recent past Experience as CFO in IT companies (Preferably multi country operations)

a must.
- Experience in raising Equity/Debt is mandatory. Exposure to M&A will be an added

advantage.
- Good experience in Financial and strategy planning.
- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
- Good experience in corporate finance and Budget development.
- Good experience in managing financial controls and accounting procedures.
- Good experience in Managing cash flow planning process and ensure funds

availability.
- Expertise in Maintaining outstanding banking relationships and strategic alliances

with vendors and business/financial partners.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Proficiency with accounting software, word processing, and spreadsheets.
- Excellent Oral and Written Communicational Skill.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
