The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and releasing all official company documents. This includes ensuring proper filing, secure storage, and keeping documents well-organized and easily accessible. Key responsibilities also include planning, managing, and coordinating all trade-related documentation with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely updates. The role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth business operations through efficient document control and management systems. Key Responsibilities: Create, update, and manage all company documents. Ensure accurate filing and secure storage of physical and digital documents. Organize documents for easy retrieval and reference. Manage documentation related to trade, including contracts, invoices, and shipping records. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Coordinate with other departments to gather and maintain necessary documentation. Prepare reports and maintain logs of documentation activities. Requirements: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination abilities. Familiarity with document management systems is a plus.
