Job Description Role: Factory Head Key Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and oversee the manufacturing process to ensure efficient production. - Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand. - Monitor production KPIs and adjust strategies to achieve goals. - Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. - Collaborate with the quality control team to address and resolve quality issues. - Lead, mentor, and develop the factory management team. - Conduct performance reviews and implement training programs. - Oversee the maintenance of all machinery and equipment. - Ensure that the factory's infrastructure is well-maintained and operational. - Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of raw materials. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement lean manufacturing practices. - Prepare and present regular reports on factory performance to senior management. - Provide insights and recommendations based on production data analysis. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field. - Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and maintenance. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. - Lean Six Sigma certification or similar process improvement qualifications.
