Are you a dynamic operations leader with a passion for driving manufacturing excellence?
We are seeking an experienced Factory Head to lead and manage our snacks manufacturing unit in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily factory operations – production, quality control, inventory, stock records, reporting, packaging, logistics, billing, and software handling.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and productivity.
- Monitor KPIs and share regular performance reports with senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental regulations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture while leading and mentoring the factory team.
- Collaborate with management for long-term production planning, budgeting, and technology upgrades.
Who We're Looking For
- Male candidate aged 32–40 years.
- Minimum 4–8 years of factory/plant operations experience, preferably in food or snacks manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of production planning, quality control, and inventory management.
- Ability to work with operational software and generate performance reports.
