JOB DETAILS 1) Spa Manager is responsible to Manage the entire SPA & salon Operations and achieve profitability targets.2) Plan and promote special events for the engagement of existing customers as well as the acquisition of new customers. 3) Team Handling Exposure ideally a team of 7 people 4) Responsible to give the required details to the Center manager the top line & bottom line (revenues & profits) of the spa. 5) Inventory handling, Guest handling, solve their queries or provide the required information of servicesDesired Skills and Experience: 6) Ensure high level of customer satisfaction 7) Motivate & lead a team of therapists, technicians & front office 8) Handle customer grievances. 9) Keen on pursuing a career in hospitality/wellness industry 10) Good communication with Excellent interpersonal skills.
