About Our Client

Our client is a listed organisation within the Automotive Industry with a domestic presence of 15+ years having businesses across automobile segments (Passenger Vehicles/ Luxury Vehicles/ Commercial Vehicles / Electric Vehicles in 2W and 3W space/ Spares Distribution).

Job Description

Handle financial operations including budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing.Develop and implement financial strategies and policies for the organisation.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Manage relationships with external auditors and other financial institutions.Handle and mentor a team of finance professionals.Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to the management team.Manage all taxation, audits and treasury related matters.Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes.Coordinate & Timely Preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP).Implement process automation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance should have:

Qualified CA/CMA/MBA(Finance) is a must.8+ years of experience handling the entire gamut of finance.Prior experience in a listed company is a plus.Fluency in Tamil & Hindi is an added advantage.Willingness to relocate to Coimbatore.
