Ensure seamless onboarding and smooth transition of new hires into the organization. Track and report hiring metrics, ensuring timely and quality closures. Conduct ongoing market research and competitor benchmarking on salaries, benefits, and hiring practices. HR Business Partnering: Work closely with business teams to understand workforce needs and align HR initiatives. Support performance management, talent reviews, and employee development plans. Facilitate employee engagement, retention, and grievance redressal. Partner with managers to drive people-related decisions and initiatives. Collaborate with HR CoEs (L&D, Compensation, Policies) for program execution.
