Job Description

Lead end-to-end hiring for tech/product roles across India and international marketsPartner closely with the CTO, Tech Leads, and Founders to understand team needs and drive strategic hiring plansBuild strong talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies, market mapping, and targeted engagementOwn candidate experience and ensure timely, quality closuresSet up and track recruiting metrics and hiring OKRsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, People Ops, and Marketing for employer branding initiatives

The Successful Applicant

7-12 years of experience in Tech Talent Acquisition, preferably in product-based startups or scale-upsProven ability to hire across engineering, data science, and product functionsExperience in international hiring is highly desirableStrong stakeholder management skills - able to influence and collaborate with leadershipComfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments; thrives in a hands-on role
