The company is known for its focus on engineering and manufacturing excellence, offering innovative and sustainable solutions to its clients.Job DescriptionLead the planning, coordination, control, execution of projects within the electricity sector.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress.Ensure adherence to industry standards and compliance requirements.Facilitate risk management and mitigation strategies for ongoing projects.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management framework.The Successful ApplicantA relevant educational qualification in engineering, project management, or a related field.20+ years of experience with at least 7+ years in the solar industryProven experience in managing projects within the Renewable Energy space.Knowledge of Primavera P6 is mandatory.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams effectively.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in the industry.
