Job Description - Head PMO for a large Renewable Energy company - Opportunity to grow your career with a fast growing company Job Description - Lead the planning, coordination, control, execution of projects within the electricity sector. - Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. - Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed. - Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress. - Ensure adherence to industry standards and compliance requirements. - Facilitate risk management and mitigation strategies for ongoing projects. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management framework. The Successful Applicant - A relevant educational qualification in engineering, project management, or a related field. - 20+ years of experience with at least 7+ years in the solar industry - Proven experience in managing projects within the Renewable Energy space. - Knowledge of Primavera P6 is mandatory. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. - Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams effectively. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. - Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in the industry.
