Job Description

Oversee global RUN operations for application service delivery from a GBS perspectiveAct as the central liaison for regional teams to ensure seamless deliveryManage transitions with end-to-end governance and execution oversightLead escalations, analyze SLAs/RCAs, and drive continuous service optimizationEnsure vendor delivery aligns with contractual obligations and maintain high-quality standardsCollaborate across cross-functional stakeholders - finance, operations, business, vendors, and ITWork closely with senior leadership, including CIOs, to align tech strategiesDrive expansion of application portfolio and delivery capabilities within the GCC

The Successful Applicant

Engineering degree with 18+ years of experience in Application Delivery, Transition Management, and Service OperationsAt least 10 years of experience managing global RUN operations in large-scale IT organizationsStrong understanding of SAP, Salesforce, CRM systems, Microsoft stack, and Cloud technologiesExperienced in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologiesExceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to handle high-pressure environments, manage vendors, and drive strategic initiativesPreferred certifications include PMI, ITIL, and Cloud-based credentialsHands-on, proactive leader with a growth-focused mindset
