Roles and Responsibilities

Provide assistance with the product strategies, laying their final scope of work, and successful implementation within the team such that it is aligned to business goals and objectives.
Lead and deliver multiple innovation initiatives starting from ideation through
prototyping working with innovation/technology consultants.
Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships.
Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
Apply agile methodology in developing experimental prototypes leveraging a sprint based, agile innovation method.
Drive ideation process in framing ideas to tangible concepts.
Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the innovation lifecycle.
Scope and prioritize activities based on urgency in business and customer impact with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
Create a go-to-market plan to maximize product adoption and success.
Define product metrics for your area, and track them continuously.
Create a product roadmap that has at least a 3-month forward-looking view of key business problems to be solved.
Product and engineering backlog management.

SKILLS & CAPABILITIES:
Agile Project Management expertise with excellent understanding and experience in Automotive manufacturing, product dev, new product strategies and industry overview
Should be passionate about Innovation and idea generation.
Technology savvy with knowledge of latest trends and technologies in the market(Examples include Mobile, Analytics, Cloud, IoT, Wearables, Robotics etc).
Ability to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions.
Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Work directly with customers and team members to capture details of business to feature requirements, understand use cases and define test needs.
Ability to troubleshoot technical and non-technical problems.
Prior experience in Business or Technology role with experiences in Capability Strategy,Product Management, Business Systems Analytics, Data & Analytics or Engineering.
