Job Description

Lead greenfield project execution - from construction to commissioning and operational readiness.Drive manufacturing operations including production, engineering, maintenance, utilities, and continuous improvement.Ensure process excellence, EHS compliance, and world-class quality standards across all functions.Develop and lead plant-wide functions including procurement (RM/PM & indirects), supply chain, accounts, finance, and HR.Establish and manage robust cost, productivity, and efficiency frameworks aligned with global benchmarks.Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing cross-functional team with a culture of safety and performance.Interface with global leadership to align plant strategy with corporate goals and ensure best practice adoption.Ensure regulatory compliance with all local, state, and global environmental, labor, and safety regulations.

The Successful Applicant

Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (mandatory); Master's degree preferred.Experience: Minimum 18 years of leadership experience in chemical manufacturing, with at least 5 years in greenfield or brownfield plant setup.Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and scaling operations in a global environment.Strong understanding of industrial chemicals, process safety, lean manufacturing, and strategic procurement.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
