Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven project management experience, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure objectives are achieved within deadlines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, initiate, and manage projects from concept to completion.

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.

Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress.

Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.

Track project milestones, budgets, and performance against KPIs.

Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.

Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and quality benchmarks.

Prepare project status reports and present updates to senior management.

Foster teamwork, provide leadership, and ensure accountability within project teams.

Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or coordination.

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar).

Strong understanding of project lifecycle, methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), and best practices.

Skills Required

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance.

Time management skills to meet strict deadlines.
