Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Technical Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience to join our HR team. You will play a critical role in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our technical positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of the role and develop effective job descriptions and specifications.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide timely and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in developing and executing creative recruiting strategies to attract passive candidates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting.
- Proven experience sourcing and hiring candidates for technical roles and non-technical role, including software engineers, Product managers and designers, and IT specialists.
- Understanding of technical terminology and requirements.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
