Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce costs, improve sustainability and maximize profitability. The ideal candidate should have a
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize processes
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions
- Design and develop new processes and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve sustainability and reduce environmental impact
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in process engineering
- Strong knowledge of process engineering principles and practices
- Familiarity with process simulation software such as Aspen HYSYS, UniSim, or Pro/II
- Experience in process optimization and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
- Experience in the chemical, petrochemical or manufacturing industry is a plus
