Description

We are looking for a skilled Room Boy to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms in accordance with established standards
  • Change bed linens, replace towels and toiletries, and restock supplies
  • Report any damage, deficiencies, or discrepancies in guest rooms to management
  • Ensure guest privacy and security by properly securing guest rooms and respecting guest belongings
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and report any shortages or malfunctions
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective room cleaning and turnover
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Room Boy in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures, chemicals, and equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
