**Job Summary**: We are seeking a motivated and friendly Bell Boy to join our team at Indie Stays Resort. The Bell Boy will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, including handling their luggage, escorting them to their rooms, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain the features of the room and the resort’s amenities.
- Provide information about local attractions, resort services, and facilities.
- Assist with valet parking and retrieving guests’ vehicles if needed.
- Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guests’ rooms.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the lobby and guest areas.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing solutions or directing them to the appropriate staff member.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner and escalate issues to the supervisor if necessary.
- Assist with maintaining security by ensuring proper identification and handling of guests and their belongings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Manager or other supervisors.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
