We are seeking a Bancassurance professional with 0-4 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for selling insurance products to bank customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate must have strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.

- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Maintain a good relationship with bank employees and customers.
- Provide advice and guidance to customers on insurance products.
- Handle customer queries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 0-4 years of experience in Bancassurance or similar field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Good knowledge of insurance products and the insurance industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
