We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Pune.We are looking for a Recruiter with hands-on experience in leadership hiring or executive search. Must have the ability to build talent pipelines, and a proactive approach to identifying high-caliber candidates for senior-level roles.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer closure.Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and define role requirements.Source and engage with potential candidates through professional networks, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.Screen candidates for leadership roles, ensuring strong alignment with organizational culture and role requirements.Manage interview coordination and provide a seamless candidate experience.Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality leadership talent.Qualifications:2–4 years of experience in leadership hiring or executive search.Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with proven ability to engage senior professionals.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with a structured approach.Prior experience working with executive search firms or in leadership recruitment preferred.What We OfferOpportunity to work on high-impact leadership roles.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.Career growth opportunities in talent acquisition.FoundWise is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
