Now, let’s talk about you:

You’re the kind of person who’s always asking, “What if?”—and then figuring out how to make it happen. You’ll be at the cutting edge of content creation, using the latest in  AI tools, VFX magic, and motion graphics to push the boundaries of what’s possible. From brainstorming mind-blowing ideas to seeing them come alive on-screen, you’ll be leading the charge.

In short, you’ll have the freedom to experiment, innovate, and make content that’s not just good, but unforgettable.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead the entire lifecycle of content production , from ideation and storyboarding to filming, editing, and post-production wizardry.
  • Develop and execute creative content strategies that mix  video production, VFX, AI-driven tools , and  motion graphics to push our brand forward.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure every piece of content delivers big on campaign goals and brand messaging.
  • Mentor and manage a team of creatives (videographers, editors, designers) while delivering content that’s top-tier in quality and innovation.
  • Be hands-on with video editing and production for digital platforms, ensuring projects are delivered  on time, on brand, and on point .
  • Embrace emerging technologies like AI, motion tracking, and other cool tools to keep our content fresh, fun, and future-ready.
  • Ensure  VFX and motion graphics are integrated seamlessly, adding that extra “wow” factor to every video.
What You Have:
  • Proven experience in  video production, VFX, and motion graphics , with a portfolio that makes people go, “Wow, that's cool"
  • Expertise in industry-standard software like  Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro , and  After Effects —and you're excited about using  AI tools and tech to streamline and elevate your work.
  • A successful track record of leading creative teams and juggling multiple projects in a  fast-paced, fast-fun environment .
  • A deep understanding of  visual storytelling ,  content strategy , and  digital marketing best practices (you know what works and what wows).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to  fix any production hiccups quickly and keep everything running smoothly.
  • A natural curiosity and passion for experimenting with new tech and  keeping up with the latest trends in video production, AI tools , and  VFX .
Bonus Points if You Have:
  • Experience with 3D animation or  virtual production techniques (let’s make some magic).
  • Familiarity with  AR/VR content production —because the future is already here.
  • Experience managing content for  eCommerce or  digital-first brands that love to innovate.
