Roles and Responsibilities
As a Group Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of our product strategy, leading a large product line that directly influences the future of education. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1/ Strategic Product Development: Craft and execute innovative product strategies aimed at:
Acquiring more schools
Increasing school retention
Improving student learning outcomes
Optimizing collections (both percentage collections and time to collect)
Elevating school Net Promoter Score (NPS)
2/ Collaborative Leadership: Work alongside cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of insights and feedback across departments.
3/ Mentorship and Management: Lead and mentor a dedicated product team of product managers, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
Must have:
~10 years of total work experience, with substantial experience in product leadership.
Outstanding product thinking, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills.
Strong expertise in driving business metrics through impactful product and process improvements.
Good to have:
Startup experience (as a founder or as an early team member)
Graduation from a Tier-1 Engineering college
