Job Title –Global Head – Alliance & PartnershipWe are looking for a highly driven and strategic Partnership Manager to play a pivotal role in expanding our network and enhancing our solutions through key partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing existing relationships, forging new partnerships , and executing partnership strategies that align with our business objectives.You will collaborate across departments, working closely with sales, product, marketing, and development teams to create a scalable and effective partnership model that delivers exceptional value to both our customers and partners. Your efforts will directly contribute to accelerating business growth, enhancing our market position, and driving customer satisfaction .Key ResponsibilitiesLead and grow existing partner relationships , ensuring long-term value and collaborationIdentify, engage, and negotiate new partnerships that align with our strategic goalsDevelop a scalable framework for formalizing and managing partnershipsWork cross-functionally with internal teams to define, implement, and monitor partnership strategiesTake full ownership of partnership performance metrics and reportingEnsure partnerships are executed effectively and consistently deliver on their value propositions to customersQualifications and RequirementsProven track record in developing, negotiating, and closing high-impact partnershipsExperience in building partner programs in a SaaS, Cloud, Quality Engineering, or AI/ML environmentStrong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunitiesExceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholdersProactive problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindsetKey Competencies:Strategic vision and ability to drive change.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Deep technical knowledge combined with business acumen.Proven track record of successful leadership in complex, cross-functional teams.Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
