About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Content Manager to join our dynamic product team. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role , where you will be responsible for creating high-quality content , managing our content strategy, and driving marketing activities that enhance brand visibility and product adoption. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in content writing, content creation, SEO, and digital marketing strategies to help scale our product reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content such as blogs, articles, case studies, product documentation, and social media posts.
  • Optimize all content for SEO to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Manage and maintain the company blog and ensure a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to craft compelling product narratives and go-to-market content.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content audits to identify content gaps and opportunities.
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, content marketing strategies, and digital marketing tools .

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field .
  • 5+ years of experience in content creation and management, preferably in a product company .
  • Proven experience in SEO and SEM strategies , keyword optimization, and content analytics.
  • Strong expertise in content writing, storytelling, and copywriting with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics , Search Console , and other SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz .
  • Understanding of social media marketing , email campaigns , and paid ads .
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
