Demand Management Global Coordinator

Complete a detailed assessment of Demand forecast being received from customers, identify gaps, make recommendations on actions to be taken to address issues with quality of data, and follow-through with the Sites/Regional Demand Management champions to ensure corrective actions are being taken and there is improvement in the quality of data we receive from our customers
Draft an SOP to standardize the Demand Management process, incorporating best-in-class practices, with a strong cadence mechanism.
Provide tools to the Customer service team to enable them to intelligently analyze forecasts received from customers identify potential issues clearly articulate to the customer and get alignment on adjustments to be made, so that there is a high-quality Demand Forecast loaded in SAP
Partner with the IT team in defining solutions within SAP where the Demand Forecast and the Sales Forecast data can be captured, ensuring a easy user interface for loading and updating data.
Define insightful dashboards and reports to support the Demand Management process, and work with the IT team to have it executed with high quality.
Establish KPIs to measure quality of the Customer Forecast, as well as the work of the Customer Service team. Work with IT to incorporate into dashboards. Report performance against the KPIs monthly by customer, site, region and customer service person.
Drive a monthly Demand Management process (sharing insights, highlighting issues, closing open items, etc) with the regional champions, and put together a monthly read-out for the key stakeholders.
Put together a monthly Revenue report for the leadership team by the 8th of each month, explaining the deviations to Budget; Work with the Sites to get analysis of potential gaps prior to monthly close by reviewing the YTD shipments and order status by end of week 2, sharing the same with the Sites and getting their inputs by month end.
Education and Experience:
A bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or in a related field.
A master’s degree in business administration will be advantageous.
A minimum of five years' experience as a Demand specialist in a similar industry
Fluency in English is a must have.
