Job Title - Manager/Senior Manager – Demand Generation (Role: Performance Marketing & Marketing Automation) Location: Bangalore ( Hybrid) Job Description: (24)7.ai is a global leader in digital business services and Customer Experience (CX) solutions, driving innovation and delivering measurable results for over 24 years. Now, for the next phase of our growth journey, we need a Marketing Rockstar who spearheads all demand generation activities and supports sales teams to grow the business. In this pivotal hands-on role, you will be driving our campaigns organically and inorganically (Google, Linked In, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the B2 B Saa S industry and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools. You will oversee the operational efficiency of our marketing department, manage email marketing campaigns through Marketo and similar tools and optimize digital marketing efforts to drive business results. You will also play a strategic role in planning, managing, & overseeing the execution of digital marketing projects across geos. Key Responsibilities Include: Develop, execute and optimize comprehensive, multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive customer acquisition. Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across channels like email, social media, third party listing platforms (Trust Radius, Capterra, G2 etc.), and online webinars. Designing & automating email marketing campaigns using advanced features of Marketo and similar tools Leading the technical implementation of marketing automation workflows & strategies to align with business objectives Manage campaign execution, including A/B testing, lead nurturing, and lead scoring. Designing, implementing, & monitoring KPI dashboards to track marketing campaign performance Conducting deep analysis of marketing campaign metrics using advanced tools & frameworks to generate actionable insights & strategies Manage and deliver on the key acquisition metrics on Web and Social (Google, Linked In, Etc.) Work closely with leadership and sales team to drive revenue (subscription revenue and transaction volume) and optimize revenue funnels Support customer marketing efforts to drive platform adoption and cross-sell and up-sell of products Collaborate with external agencies to enhance marketing efforts and increase reach Support all your marketing activities with solid financial and performance analysis. Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing and product teams to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers. Demonstrates commitment to the technology industry and staying educated on the new Mar Tech tools, innovations and trends. Hands-on execution of campaigns Qualifications Required: 6-10 years of experience in B2 B marketing with a focus on Saa S or technology industry Experience designing & automating email marketing campaigns using advanced features of Marketo, Hub Spot & other tools Proven track record of successful campaign development and execution in PPC and Linked In paid social campaigns. Understanding of the relationship between a marketing automation platform & Salesforce, regarding how campaigns/data is synced, as well as the field mapping processes Experience with marketing tools and platforms (Hub Spot, Hootsuite, Marketo, SEMrush, etc.) and CRM systems (Salesforce). Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc.). Hands-on experience with marketing technology integrations, analytics, & automation tool Tech startup experience is good to have Marketing experience in BPO, contact center software, digital customer service or related industry is preferable You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, at ease and calm with frequent pivots in priorities.
