Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development
- Lead the Way : Identify, negotiate, and manage high-value partnerships to drive growth and innovation.
- Innovate Together : Develop creative business models that enhance the accessibility and value of Healthify's services.
Revenue Management
- Achieve More : Generate and oversee the revenue function for your region, ensuring financial goals are not just met, but exceeded through strategic initiatives.
Business Expansion
- Explore New Horizons : Utilize market data and trends to discover new partnership opportunities and areas for significant growth.
Account Management
- Nurture Relationships : Oversee key accounts with strategic partners, ensuring satisfaction and proactively addressing challenges to strengthen relationships.
Team Leadership
- Inspire and Mentor : Lead a dedicated team focused on partnership development, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
What You Bring:
- Experience : 8-10 years in strategic partnerships, business development, or related fields, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or wellness.
- Track Record : Proven success in developing and managing complex partnerships, especially within insurance, banking, and media.
- Negotiation Skills : Exceptional ability to negotiate and manage significant relationships that drive business growth.
- Leadership : Strong leadership capabilities with experience in guiding teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional groups.
- Communication : Outstanding interpersonal skills for nurturing both internal and external relationships.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
