Position: Client Relations & Operations Coordinator


Location: Amdavad (Gujarat)


About the Role

As our Client Relations & Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for client communication, project coordination, and back-office support. In this role, you’ll interact directly with clients, obtain essential materials, coordinate with vendors, and support our internal team for seamless project execution.


You’ll also assist with content creation for job postings, social media, and other communications, playing a vital role in strengthening our client relationships and brand presence.


Key Responsibilities


  • Client Communication & Project Coordination

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling day-to-day communication and gathering materials for ongoing projects.

Schedule and participate in Zoom meetings with clients, taking clear notes to ensure effective follow-up.


  • Vendor and Internal Team Collaboration

Coordinate with vendors for project-related needs.

Collaborate with the internal team to communicate client requirements and monitor project progress.


  • Email and WhatsApp Management

Regularly manage email and WhatsApp messages, responding to general inquiries and escalating important messages.


  • Copywriting & Content Support

Draft and edit copy for job postings, social media, emails, and other communications.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in client-facing or administrative roles (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Zoom, email, and basic office software
