With some of the most reputed industrialists & celebrities as clients - this company is rapidly growing & looking for a competent Client Relationship Manager who will help build strong relationships with their luxury industry target audiences.
Designation: Client Relationship Manager
Office Location: Bandra (West), Mumbai
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Experience Required: 4 to 8 years of experience in client relations, preferably in luxury hospitality / luxury hotels / Knowledge & inclination of working with HNI's is crucial.
Compensation on offer: Upto 15 LPA

Position Overview:
Our client company is looking to hire a polished, experienced, high on personal impact Client Relationship Manager for their High-End / Luxury Jewellery organization. The ideal candidate will possess min 4 to 8 years of experience, preferably in luxury hospitality / luxury hotels or luxury retail or high-end retail/jewellery/watches/lifestyle/clothing/service & products. They should demonstrate exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to engage with HNI clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Handle inbound client queries, schedule appointments, and maintain high-quality engagement with HNI clients, ensuring a luxury experience.
Client Data Management: Maintain and update client information in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Support Sales Teams: Act as a bridge between clients and internal sales teams, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
Engage with Online and Offline Leads: Manage incoming online queries from brand campaigns and offline leads from trade shows & roadshows organized by the marketing team. Ensure a seamless lead transition from incoming queries to satisfied customers by acting as a bridge between the marketing and sales teams.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide a seamless experience to clients from the moment they enter the store until their purchase is completed, ensuring client needs are proactively addressed.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients, making each visit to the store personalized and memorable
Problem Solving: Proactively resolve client concerns and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, reinforcing the brand’s image of excellence.
Luxury Brand Representation: Maintain a polished, professional demeanor that aligns with the company's luxury brand image.
Qualifications, Background & Experience Needed:
Minimum 4 to 8 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in luxury hospitality / luxury retail or high-end sectors such as jewellery, watches, lifestyle products, or high-end clothing.
Proven ability to manage HNI clients and build strong relationships in the luxury sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of personal impact and presentation.
Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Knowledge of CRM systems and client data management.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate across functions to ensure client satisfaction.
