This role requires strong international accounting exposure and the ability to operate independently in a global, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle accounting, reporting, and analysis for international (US/UK/Canada) entities- Oversee financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance- Lead month-end and year-end close processes- Ensure accurate financial statements aligned with global accounting standards- Partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to improve financial processes- Work collaboratively during EST hoursRequirements- 7–10 years of financial management or controllership experience- Mandatory: Accounting experience with USA, UK, or Canada- Real estate or property management accounting experience is preferred (not mandatory)- Strong knowledge of global accounting standards, controls, and reconciliations- Ability to work independently and handle multi-entity finances- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
