It is a well-established, organisation known for its focus on innovation and operational excellence.Job DescriptionLead all preparatory work for the IPO scheduled, Establish and refine processes to meet pre- and post-IPO requirementsCollaborate with auditors, legal teams, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsBuild and manage a high-performing finance teamFoster a culture of accountability and continuous improvementLegal, Compliance, and Processes Ensure robust financial and legal compliance across all business operations.Oversee due diligence for M&A activities, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.Support expansion plans with financial analysis and strategyBilling, collections, payroll (Accounts Payable), compliance, audit, salary, compliance, treasuryDrive compliance, internal and external audits, and sectional testingIdeal Experience:Strong background in financial management, with Big 4 audit experience preferred.Knowledge of due diligence and M&A processes is essential.Skills and Competencies:Expertise in handling the complete life cycle of finance operationsStrong leadership and people management capabilitiesAdvanced knowledge of legal, compliance, and process optimisationFamiliarity with digital finance tools and capital management strategiesOptimise capital allocation to support growth and profitabilityThe Successful ApplicantA successful Finance Controller should have:A professional degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance in the technology industry.Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.Excellent leadership skills to manage and guide a team effectively.Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.Ability to handle complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
