Strategic Partnership Director Role Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Director to develop and execute our global demand-side B2B partnership strategy.As a key member of our team, you will build and manage relationships with top education consultancies, universities, overseas student agents, and loan/finance partners.Create and implement a comprehensive demand-side B2B partnership strategy aligned with company growth objectives.Identify, prioritize, and onboard high-value partners across education consultancies, universities, agents, and finance providers.Develop business cases, financial models, and ROI projections for key partnership verticals.Key Responsibilities:1. Partnership Strategy & Growth Lead partner sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding processes.Design frameworks for partner engagement, incentives, and co-marketing campaigns.3. Relationship Management & Enablement Act as the primary contact for strategic partners and serve as a trusted advisor.Foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships through regular communication and support.Provide partner training, enablement resources, and SOPs for effective student referral programs.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.• 7–12 years of experience in strategic partnerships / business development / channel management (B2B)
